Bring Your Dog Along
At the Backwoods Cabins, we know some Washington state adventures are better with your pup by your side. That’s why we offer dog-friendly lodging at select cabins for guests who want to bring their four-legged family members along for the trip.
Because only certain cabins allow pets, we ask that guests book a designated pet-friendly cabin and add their dog to the reservation in advance. A pet fee applies.
Dog-friendly cabins include Windsurfer’s, Camper’s, and Forager’s. If you bring a dog to a non-pet friendly cabin, you consent to being charged a penalty of $250 for your stay. Please consider that this is due to the extra cleaning required of these cabins as they are intended to be pet allergen-free.
Rates for dog friendly cabins are as follows: $75/per STAY for the first dog; $25/per STAY for an additional dog.
Please consider that you will be personally liable for any damage incurred by your dog. Charges may include replacement of damaged property, treatment of injuries resulting from your pet, and lost revenue as a result of repair time of a cabin.
Because we want all of our guests to have a relaxing stay, we have the following expectations for dog owners:
- Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside of their cabin
- Dogs must not be left in your cabin unattended
- Guests are requested to pick up after their pets both indoors and outdoors
- Poop bags will be provided, as part of our dog amenity offering with each pet reservation
- Please be respectful of other guests. Consider others who might be fearful of dog interaction or frustrated by loud barking. If a dog disrupts the stay of other guests by barking or acting aggressive, you will be asked to forfeit the remainder of your stay.
